Our corporate offices and primary demonstration kitchen are conveniently located in Parma, OH, minutes away from major freeways. We are constantly updating our lineup of cooking equipment under our 12 foot hood to highlight the best of what our manufacturers have to offer. We welcome you as our customers to come in for a live demonstration to help you make the best equipment selection for your particular application. We have freezer and refrigeration capacity to support any product demands you may have for the demonstration. We assist you with evaluating considerations such as production speed versus quantity, ventilation requirements, and cooking technique. Our corporate chef will support your “hands on” participation so you may feel confident that you can reproduce excellent results in your own kitchen. You may even bring in your own product if desired. We have access to kitchens in the Pittsburgh and Columbus areas as well, and partner with several dealers throughout our territory to create
